Internal Intercom Issue


Has anyone had an issue with the 2 intercom system?

The external intercom works fine but when trying to use the internal one immediately after, the user gets ‘call waiting, please hold’ message.


yes this happens in my building all the time - very frustrating!

Have you by any chance worked out a solution? Maybe it’s just a case of waiting a minute or two In-between. I’m sure Ballymore won’t have any interest in fixing it!

no i havent - its very temperamental which is a little annoying. sometimes it works fine, maybe you just have to wait in between like you say

Same with our flat. We reported so many times and they come and “fix” it every time, then it doesn’t work again…! We are getting fed up now.

Damm even I am having a similar kind of issue, I have searched all over the internet and even have posted on number of threads on different forum, no solution seems to work. I am really frustrated, can anyone of you here help me resolve this issue, I am very much tired now.
