We have a parking space available available from 27 Feb 2020

Price £160 per month. Contract for 1 year (long-term only) but to pay 6 months in advance and the balance 6 months to pay 2 weeks before the end of the first 6 months. Deposit for permit and fob would be payable (refundable upon return of permit and fob undamaged)…we might consider short term if they are in the property for short time only.

Hi Maya,

Is there any chance this parking space will soon become available again (i.e. at the end of the previous 12m term)? I imagine the current renter will continue on, but worth checking!
